On January 20th, 2021, the White released the current administration’s policy and “Executive Order On Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.”

Dear all,

On January 20th, 2021, the White released the current administration’s policy and “Executive Order On Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.” We are excited to see this change/action in tone and policy by the President and Vice President OTUS.

I believe in order to effectively “create a more perfect union” as a nation, we must reconcile with our full history (all of it), by acknowledging and accepting our shortcomings, challenging our current systemic inequities, while paving the way for future generations to never repeat them. We are called to forge a future where (ALL) humans irrespective of positionality, perspectives, race and/or creed, are treated with dignity and respect. Where the younger generation have a fair chance to explore their fullest potential. Where our sacred individual and collective human rights are recognized, protected, and honored.

EDI firmly supports the President and Vice President’s vision - with a conviction to continue helping our clients to; educate their people, develop EDI strategies, cultivate inclusive cultures, implement initiatives, as well as attract, develop and retain talented/skilled diverse and inclusive leaders. Now more than ever, we must engage EDI’s B.O.L.D leadership methodologies to challenge issues confronting social, political, economic, and climate justice for all but especially for the marginalized in our society and world.

Thank you all for your continued commitment to creating more equitable, diverse, and inclusive  organizational cultures and communities where all employees/people can realize their fullest potential.
