ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT ~ HUMAN CAPITAL Management
Michael Ngadi serves as Associate Consultant for Human Capital Management. In this role, Mike supports our senior consultants in managing our executive search practice while assisting clients with talent acquisition, onboarding, management, organizational development and leadership research.
Mike’s commitment to the human capital and HR field is deeply rooted in his vision for the profession to a better job identifying, developing and nurturing all their people. He spends most of his time learning and/or developing new strategies together with our leadership team to ensure that our clients' needs met with comprehensive human capital solutions.
Mike has participated and facilitated workshops/training including Bias in the Hiring Process, Microaggressions and Microinsults among others. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Center of Evidence Based Management. He is a dedicated Human Resources professional with a commitment to helping EDI develop new inclusive policies and practices in human capital/HR space.
Mike previously worked at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York within the department of Residential Life. While at Nazareth, Mike worked closely with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion on various initiatives including serving as a staff leader for the Civil Rights Journey to Selma, co-founder of ANCHORS (males of color student affinity group) and was a Diversity Outreach Volunteer. Mike received the Martin Luther King Jr. Staff Award in recognition for his service to the community. Before that, Mike worked in the Banking industry at ESL Federal Credit Union.
Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
