EDI is your designation for equity, diversity, and inclusion training and certification. Our faculty are dynamic, engaging, and nimble. EDI curriculums are based on our B.O.L.D. methodology; a deep reflective, pragmatic and strategic approach to leadership with emphasis on change and innovation. Our method is trusted and recognized by our partners for igniting authentic leadership qualities in our participants to reach their optimal potential.
We examine what organizations are doing to stay relevant and competitive in this fast-paced world, and which ones are doing it best. We help them strategize using innovative tools and global resources to understand the implications of every strategic decision. Designed to analyze, confront, and address leadership gaps, using theoretical frameworks and comprehensive curriculum that centers inclusive excellence, our customized workshops help develop inclusive leaders in education, corporate HR, STEM and non-profit organizations. These are NOT your typical training/certification but rather, hands-on inclusive leadership development program that aims to make substantive behavioral change in leaders.
We are creating a paradigm shift in how leadership is perceived by developing leaders who are suited to lead our institutions, communities, businesses and diverse world. The great part is, because relationships are important to us, we are here to work with participants after graduating from our programs - an added value that no other certification program provides.
There are two designations for our certificate program the Inclusive Leadership Certificate (ILC) and the Certified Equity Practitioner (CEP).
