HOW CAN I ATTACH MY EDI STATEMENT?


To add a diversity statement to your application, please go to the "current searches tab" then scroll to the dropbox form located at the top of the page. Fill out the short form and upload your file so that we can verify and attach the document to your profile. If you have previously attached a statement through the "prospective candidate" page, you do not have to resend a file. Just reach out to us via email below and we will attach it to your profile. Please be sure to include your first, last name and any initials. If your issue persists, please contact us at info@ediesc.com




CAN I INSERT PICTURES ON MY MEMBERS PAGE?


Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign-in or Sign-up as a member
  2. Go to my account
  3. Profile settings
  4. When editing your picture, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library. Please preview to make sure it is clear and visible.




CAN A CANDIDATE BEING COACHED BE CONSIDERED FOR A POSITION?


To prevent any conflict of interest we only provide coaching services to candidates outside of a particular search. While our primary objective is to find talented diverse and inclusive leaders to fill partners' open positions, we sometimes make recommendations. Also - For those who are already working with a coach and are also interested in a particular position, we will be transparent with both parties to ensure an equitable process for all.




HOW DO I DELETE OR RECUSE MYSELF FROM A SEARCH?


We're sorry to see you go. While we dislike this, we understand the search process can be stressful at times. And life takes precedent. Please contact your search consultant to discuss your plans. We may send you a short survey about your reason (s), so that we can better support future candidates. We hope everything works out and wish you all the best.

There are a number of steps involved in making sure your workplace assessment is successful. Our committed assessment team will be in touch once we have agreed on a plan and strategy to move your process forward. All questions will be answered by the Assessment-Team. WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME ON ASSESSMENTS?
