DIANE M. SECOURS
Diane M. Secours manages our Information Technology Systems. She brings with her over 30 years of IT support, management, and improvement in educational and non-profit environments. Diane is a driven, approachable and dependable individual, who is experienced at communicating with all levels of organizations and gears communications to the audience’s technical level. She is supportive of team based inclusions regardless of internal or external resources and understands need for 24 X 7 systems support of mission critical systems. Diane works as Systems Manager for the Cape Libraries Automated Materials Sharing (CLAMS) library network where she manages CLAMS central systems operations, including all software, hardware, and telecommunications, maintains overall systems availability, integrity and security, and provides user support of all systems.
In addition, Diane has worked in IT for Middlesex School, a private boarding school in Concord, Massachusetts, serving as their first Director of Technology, and Management Sciences for Health, an International Healthcare Consulting firm in Cambridge, MA, in multiple IT support roles. In these positions she oversaw the implementation, delivery, and maintenance of Information Systems and User Support to staff, students, families, and consultants on-time and on-budget while advancing the use of technology in productive and efficient manner.
Diane received her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Education N-9 from the State University College of Arts and Science, Potsdam, NY. She furthered her education with a Masters of Science in Upper Elementary/Early Secondary Education, also from the State University College of Arts and Science, Potsdam, NY.
